Sο tһе best thing tο ԁο іѕ reduce уουr body fаt percentage wіtһ fаt burning exercises Ɩіkе cardio οr swimming.

This is a video i found on youtube a while ago last year. Good exercises. There are the ones i do. after your abs get stronger, then just use resistance bands around your arms to get a better work out.

If u want to get a 6pack vs. a FLAT tummy, then just do a few more reps per session & continue after the fat is gone.

Low impact cardio exercises done everyday for at least 45 minutes. Most people don’t realize that the abdominal muscles are already developed. The thing is if you don’t have a low they enough body fat percentage, no matter how many ab exercises you do, you’ll never be able to see that "six pack". So the best thing to do is reduce your body fat percentage with fat burning exercises like cardio or swimming.
