wіƖƖ ԁаmаɡе уουr back аחԁ spine! Slowly mονе tһе upper раrt οf уουr
body back, until іt’s parallel wіtһ tһе ground. Stοр fοr a second аחԁ
mονе іt back tο tһе sitting position. Repeat ten times. Eνеrу week add

You’re only 15, for one. Maybe still have a little "baby fat".
…but if you insist on toning them, here’s some advice
Since you’re already active, the only thing that could possibly be the issue is diet. Be aware of portion control. When you eat dinner make sure 1/2 your plate is vegetables w/ the other half being a reasonable portion of a meat and some sort of starch. Cut out pop and the garbage.

If your training equipment is limited, the best exercises to tone your abs are sit-ups and hanging leg raises. You can do hanging leg raises from any bar or raised beam in your house/office. Just make sure you can get a solid grip and that its high enough to let your feet dangle. Hold onto the bar/beam with your palms facing out and slowly raise your legs to your stomach and then lower them slowly

that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Any intense work ab workout will work IF you have the right diet. The best bet if you are not already doing this is proper dieting(be careful though it can be easy to undereat when you are a active person[gymast])along with your current workout. Be sure to eat healthy(grilled non-breaded chicken, vegies, fruits, egg-whites, and peanut butter shakes). Trust me you may think you don’t eat that bad now but it is amazing what changing your intake will do. In my case it has helped me overcome bad/fat genetics. Keep in mind no workout will give you a toned stomach if you are eating wrong.
